The Shift in Conviction

It began with a dream.
God had a different design.

Specifically, Pursuing My Dreamzzz. Like many, we set out to build a platform, chase personal ambition, and create a name for ourselves. But God had a different design.

In 2023, the unthinkable happened.

The wife of founder Eric Mario Jones survived a horrific, unprovoked shooting in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The trauma was immediate, the fear heavy, and the aftermath unforgiving. In that valley of brokenness, a defining choice had to be made: let bitterness take root, or answer the darkness with something stronger.

We chose love. Not a passive, performative love, but a boundless, Christ-centered love — the kind that heals wounds, lifts burdens, and refuses to surrender to a broken world.

Through that trial, the Holy Spirit brought a profound shift in conviction. God made it clear that success without surrender leaves the soul empty. Our gifts, creativity, and visions were never meant to build self-centered empires or chase cultural clout; they are divine assignments entrusted to us to point people back to the Creator.

God didn't call us to find more church-goers. He called us to go and make disciples.

From that raw place of survival, Pursuing My Dreamzzz died, and PMD Apparel | Pursuing More Disciples was born.

PMD Apparel is a faith-driven lifestyle and spiritually urban streetwear brand rooted in discipleship, resilience, and intentional living. This is not just clothing; it is a public declaration worn in public, a testimony stitched into fabric, and a movement for people who choose purpose over performance. We design premium pieces that do more than match an outfit — they stir the soul, spark authentic conversation, and transform your everyday wardrobe into a tool for quiet evangelism.
